How we practice together.

The agreement between you and Sacred Studios — how booking works, what the new-student offer includes, and what we each take responsibility for. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

Agreeing to these terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Sacred Wellness, doing business as Sacred Studios (1310 Blue Oaks Blvd, Ste 200, Roseville, CA 95678). They apply when you use sacredstudiosca.com, book a class, buy a membership or class package, or step onto our floor. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site or book with us.

You must be 18 or older to create an account or purchase on your own behalf. A parent or guardian can arrange participation for a minor in person at the studio.

Booking, cancellation, and no-shows

All scheduling, purchases, memberships, and account management run through Momence, our booking and payment platform. When you book, Momence shows the current class price, the cancellation window, and any late-cancel or no-show fee that applies to that class. Those displayed policies are part of this agreement, and they are the authoritative version — check them at the time you book.

  • Cancel inside the window shown in Momence and your class credit returns to your account.
  • Cancel after that window, or miss the class without cancelling, and the credit or the posted fee may be forfeited.
  • Spots are held by reservation. Waitlists promote automatically when a spot opens, so keep your notifications on.
  • Please arrive early enough to set up. For the safety of the class, late arrivals may be asked to join the next session — especially on the reformer and in heated rooms.
  • We may cancel or reschedule a class for instructor illness, equipment or facility issues, weather, or low enrollment. If we cancel, your credit is returned or you can move to another class.

New-student offer

Our new-student offer is $89 for 2 weeks of unlimited classes — Lagree reformer, hot yoga, hot pilates, and lymphatic roller. Terms:

  • First-time students only, one per person, non-transferable, and not combinable with other promotions.
  • The 2 weeks run consecutively from activation as shown at checkout — it does not pause and is not extendable except at our discretion.
  • Unlimited means unlimited bookable classes during the period, subject to class capacity and the schedule; it doesn’t reserve you a permanent spot in a full class.
  • If you continue with us, the $89 is credited toward your first month’s membership on the terms shown at purchase.
  • Reformer and heated classes have practical capacity limits. Book early — we can’t guarantee availability in any specific class.

Memberships, payments, and refunds

  • Memberships are recurring and bill automatically on the cycle shown at purchase until you cancel in Momence or by contacting the studio. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
  • Prices, class formats, and the schedule can change. We’ll give notice of a membership price change before it takes effect.
  • Class packages and credits expire on the date shown at purchase.
  • Purchases are generally non-refundable once used. If something has gone wrong — a billing error, an injury, a class we cancelled — email hello@sacredstudiosca.com or call 916-784-9642. We’d much rather resolve it directly than have you dispute a charge, and we handle these case by case.
  • Card payments are processed by Momence and its payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.

Health, safety, and assumption of risk

Lagree reformer training, heated yoga and pilates, and recovery services are strenuous physical activities. They carry inherent risks including muscle strain, sprains, joint and back injury, equipment contact, slips on wet floors, dehydration, dizziness, overheating, and in rare cases serious injury or a cardiac event. You participate at your own risk.

  • Talk to your physician before you start — particularly if you are pregnant or postpartum, recovering from surgery or injury, or living with heart, blood-pressure, respiratory, neurological, or heat-sensitive conditions.
  • Tell your instructor before class about injuries, conditions, or pregnancy so they can offer modifications.
  • Heated rooms raise core temperature quickly. Hydrate, take rest as you need it, and leave the room if you feel lightheaded, nauseated, or unwell.
  • Follow instructor direction and equipment instructions. Reformer springs, carriages, and handles cause injury when used outside of instruction.
  • You represent that you are physically able to participate and that you accept responsibility for practicing within your own limits.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Our pages describe class formats and general fitness, not diagnosis or treatment, and no outcome is promised. Before your first class you’ll also sign our in-studio liability release and health acknowledgment — that document governs your participation in addition to these terms.

Studio conduct

  • The studio is a shared quiet space. Phones silenced, voices low in the practice rooms.
  • Please don’t attend class while ill or contagious, under the influence, or with an open wound.
  • Grip socks and proper attire are required for reformer classes. Clean equipment after use.
  • We may photograph or film in the studio for our own marketing. Tell the front desk or your instructor if you’d rather not appear, and we’ll keep you out of frame.
  • Bring only what you need. We aren’t responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal property, including items left in cubbies or lockers.
  • We may refuse service, end a class, or cancel a membership for conduct that endangers or disrupts other students or staff.

Site availability and disclaimers

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available.” Schedules, pricing, instructors, and class formats can change, and the live schedule in Momence is the authoritative version. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or personal injury caused by our own violation of law. California Civil Code section 1542 rights are not waived except as set out in the signed in-studio release.

Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California, and we each consent to that venue. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Changes

We may update these terms as the studio evolves. The current version always lives on this page with its effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site or book classes after an update means you accept the revised terms.
