The Sanctuary
Rest, recharge,
and reconnect.
A boutique home for Lagree reformer, hot yoga, and lymphatic recovery in Roseville — a tranquil, Bali-inspired space designed to feel like a retreat, not a gym.

A studio, built like a retreat.
Kristen designed Sacred Studios around a simple idea: the room you sweat in should feel as good as the workout itself. Most studios optimize for equipment and square footage. This one was built the other way around — the calm came first, and the reformers, mats, and roller room were fit inside it.
That's the Bali influence you'll notice the moment you walk in. Not palm-tree decor — the actual design language of a Balinese pavilion: natural materials that soften a room instead of sterilizing it, light that's warm instead of clinical, and enough open space that thirty people can move through class without ever feeling crowded.
The feeling
Feel the room before you walk in.
You'll notice it in the first ten seconds — the quiet, the light, the way nothing rushes you. That's on purpose. A studio you look forward to, not one you talk yourself into.

Warm Light
Morning light through tall windows, low amber in the evenings. Nothing fluorescent, nothing flat — the room changes with the day, the way a home does.
- 02
Natural Materials
Teak, limestone, woven rattan, real plants. Textures you'd find in a Bali pavilion, not a strip-mall gym — chosen to age well and feel warmer over time, not colder.

Room to Breathe
Not every corner needs to be filled. Wide walkways, uncluttered walls, space between reformers. The room does some of the calming before class even starts.

Every class shares the same room. None of it feels crowded.
Come see it yourself
