Low-impact. High-intensity. 45 minutes on the Megaformer, every muscle worked to fatigue — no pounding on your joints.
Two weeks. All the Lagree, yoga, and roller you can take. · $89 for 2 weeks
Lagree is the practice of building lean, functional strength on a reformer called the Megaformer. Slow, controlled movement under constant resistance recruits deep-stabilizer muscles most workouts skip — while keeping your joints out of harm's way.
It looks calm. It doesn't feel calm. You will shake. You will sweat. And you'll leave taller, longer, and stronger than when you walked in.
How it compares
Not Pilates
Same reformer family, different intensity. Lagree is faster reps under constant tension — you'll shake sooner, sweat harder.
Not HIIT
No jumping. No pounding. The reformer holds the tension so your muscles do the work — not your joints.
Something better
Slow, controlled tempo. Every muscle worked to fatigue in 45 minutes. Low-impact, high-intensity, day in and day out.
Full-body Lagree from crimp to bottom-out. Warm-up through cool-down, every major muscle group in one class.
A tighter cut for busy mornings and lunch breaks. Same tempo, focused intensity — you'll leave shaking.
All classes taught by certified Lagree instructors. Check the live schedule for open times.
