Our Signature Practice

Meet Lagree.

Low-impact. High-intensity. 45 minutes on the Megaformer, every muscle worked to fatigue — no pounding on your joints.

Two weeks. All the Lagree, yoga, and roller you can take. · $89 for 2 weeks

The Method

Slow tempo. Full tension. Every muscle, every class.

Lagree is the practice of building lean, functional strength on a reformer called the Megaformer. Slow, controlled movement under constant resistance recruits deep-stabilizer muscles most workouts skip — while keeping your joints out of harm's way.

It looks calm. It doesn't feel calm. You will shake. You will sweat. And you'll leave taller, longer, and stronger than when you walked in.

How it compares

Different from what you've tried.

Not Pilates

Same reformer family, different intensity. Lagree is faster reps under constant tension — you'll shake sooner, sweat harder.

Not HIIT

No jumping. No pounding. The reformer holds the tension so your muscles do the work — not your joints.

Something better

Slow, controlled tempo. Every muscle worked to fatigue in 45 minutes. Low-impact, high-intensity, day in and day out.

Common Questions

Before your first class.

Will I be sore?
Almost certainly, after your first few classes. Lagree recruits muscle fibers most workouts don't touch. It fades quickly as your body adapts, usually within a week of consistent classes.
Is it safe for injuries?
Lagree is low-impact by design — no jumping, no jarring. It's often recommended for people recovering from knee, hip, or back issues. Tell your instructor before class; they'll offer modifications for anything you're working around.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
Many pregnant clients continue Lagree with modifications. Please talk with your OB first, then let our instructor know your trimester so they can adjust exercises with you in class.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
No. Lagree scales to your current strength. Beginners work at slower tempo with lighter spring settings; more experienced clients work faster with more resistance. You'll find your line in class one.
Will I lose weight?
Lagree builds lean muscle and burns calories in class and after (you keep burning as muscle rebuilds). Weight change depends on your whole lifestyle — sleep, food, stress — but we've watched a lot of bodies change here.
What if I've never used a reformer?
Come ten minutes early. Your instructor will walk you through the machine, show you the spring settings, and stay close during your first few moves. You'll be moving with the class within the first five minutes.
